We had our annual bonfire on New Year's Eve 2018. It only took six of us to welcome in 2019. Well, sort of. Since all attendees are of a certain age, we started and ended early, allowing us to avoid the cold and dark, enjoy hot dogs and chili at Art and Susan's cabin, then make it to bed before turning into pumpkins, if I am allowed to mix holidays.
Snowfall through 2018 has been disappointingly light, but as you can see we are not totally without. May 2019 bring you everything you need. The brilliant sun dog must certainly herald good things.
